Supply Drop orders are scheduled to ship on the 25th of each month. The page above shows the enrollment deadline for the next shipment.
Monthly members are charged through the default Authorize.net CIM card saved in their account. A valid default card is required while the monthly membership is active.
Monthly members can stop future renewals from My Subscription. Cancelling does not cancel or refund an order that was already paid and prepared. Contact Zeal Cigars for help with prepaid plans.
We will email you, mark the membership past due, and retry. Update the default saved card in My Subscription to keep future shipments moving.
